Our Ministries are structured for the purpose of growing up spiritually healthy men and women who function out of our eight core values (see our mission, vision and core values) and are therefore spiritually alert. We believe in a model of church that includes what we call ‘big church’ and ‘little church.’ Big church centers around the corporate Sunday morning worship service and involves worshiping God through song, prayer, the expositional preaching of Scripture and the monthly celebration of communion. Our dress is casual and our love for one another is genuine. Little church centers upon our shepherding groups and care groups that take place throughout the week in local restaurants, the homes of our people, or in the church building. Little church is all about gospel and community and the role that each plays in shaping our minds and hearts. What each group has in common is the desire to have what we call right conversations centered upon the gospel. We believe that both expressions of church are essential for our ongoing transformation into the image of Christ. In all that we do and say we desire to be a people living in healthy community who regularly warm our hearts around the fire of God’s love as revealed in the gospel as we seek to do ordinary life with gospel intentionality.
